Welcome to Brewin Co-op

The co-op has existed since 1995 and has 78 units that includes a four story walk-up. The walk-up has (4) three-bedrooms and (4) one-bedrooms, and “hard plumbing” to allow for the installation of washers and dryers. An extra fee is charged for the electricity used to operate the washers and dryers.

The 70 unit high-rise has bachelors, one & two bedrooms….some with balconies. It also has a common laundry room….there is no accommodation for individual washers & dryers.

We have eight wheeled chair accessible units: (6) one-bedrooms and (2) two-bedrooms.) We also have a few units that have been modified to accommodate deaf people.

The co-op is located in the heart of the City and a five minute walk to/from the subway at Bloor Street & Yonge Street, and a five minute walk to grocery stores and shopping centres.
