The Peggy and Andrew Brewin Co-op is now accepting applications for market units.

If you would like to apply, please complete the application form and email it to brewin@rogers.com.

Once your application is received, it will be placed on the waiting list. Applicants will be contacted based on the type of unit available (bachelor, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, or three-bedroom). At that time, applicants will be interviewed by at least two members of the Co-op. The interview assessments are then forwarded to the Board of Directors for review and approval.

Participation in the Co-op community is expected from all members who are able to contribute, as the Co-op relies on the involvement of volunteers to operate effectively.

If you require subsidized housing, please contact the City of Toronto Rent-Geared-to-Income (RGI) housing.
